Latin American Implementation of UN Security Council Resolution 1540

This lunch event will recognize donors and organizations, including the Organization of American States, that have contributed to the success of the implementation of UN Resolution 1540.  The Embassy of Finland to the United States will participate.

At this event, the Stimson Center and the Stanley Foundation will launch the new report titled "Beyond Boundaries in the Andean Region: Bridging the Security/Development Divide with International Security Assistance."
